Yes. The easiest way to accomplish this is by having the new proctor register for the event. However the proctor must be certified in order to be listed as a proctor in the backend system. This will also not remove the original proctor from event information.

You now select your timezone when you create your event. Make sure that you choose the timezone where your event will be hosted and not necessarily where you live if in a different location.

The system processes the event creation immediately. Once it is complete you will receive an email about your event. The whole process should not take more than a few minutes. As soon as you get the email confirmation you can begin inviting customers to your workshop event.

The presentation at the beginning of the workshop accomplishes a number of goals. It "warms up the room" and gets people talking to each other. It gives an introduction to the material and the products involved. It sets expectations for the attendees of how they will proceed, and what the pace and timeline of the workshop will be. Perhaps most importantly, you will provide the enrollment key that attendees will need to use to access the specific lab.
