To only allow the people you want to attend an event, we recommend using the Event Password feature. This will limit your event so that ONLY those with the password can register.
Event Password - this allows the creator to set a custom password for the event registration. Only individuals who enter the password will be able to register for the event.

Yes. The easiest way to do this is for the new proctor to register for the event. However, the proctor must be certified to be listed as a proctor in the backend system. This will also not remove the original proctor from the event information.

You can now select your timezone when creating your event. Make sure to choose the timezone where your event will take place, which might be different from your location if you're in a different area.

The system processes the event creation immediately. Once it's complete, you will receive an email about your event. The whole process should take no more than a few minutes. As soon as you get the email confirmation, you can start inviting customers to your workshop event.
