This error occurs because the attendee's account isn’t activated yet, so they can’t sign in.

Resolution:

  1. Confirm that the attendee's account has been created in the system.
  2. Have the attendee find the activation email in their inbox (and spam/junk folder).
  3. In the activation email, click the activation link to complete account activation.
  4. After activation, have the attendee sign in again.
